Returns Information

To initiate a SparkShop return, follow these steps: First, sign in to your account. Then, go to (from the navigation bar at the top of page) MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY > ORDER DETAILS > INITIATE RETURN or (from Important Information at bottom of page) ORDER STATUS > CHECK STATUS > ORDER DETAILS > INITIATE RETURNS. Your refund will be processed once we receive and verify the returned merchandise, which can take up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return shipment. You can check the status of your return through the aforementioned process.

Return Policy

Returns for SparkShop orders of select merchandise are accepted within 30 days of the order date.

​ All returns must be in their original condition, with tags, and unworn or your return will be rejected.​

We will refund the amount paid for the item and any taxes that were charged to the original payment method or SparkShop e-gift card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items from separate orders may not be sent back together in the same return package.​

We are not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information to ensure delivery of your return. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for SparkShop purchases. Some exclusions may apply.

All masks, clearance, and customized items purchased through the Walmart SparkShop are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
